• A complete delivery address including PIN code, email address, and contact number is essential to help us process and deliver your order. Kindly cross-check your PIN code and contact number before placing your order.
• If the ordered item is in stock, it will be carefully packed and dispatched from our warehouse within 2–3 working days.
• Our courier partners generally deliver shipments Monday to Saturday, between 9:00 AM and 7:00 PM. Working days exclude Sundays and public holidays. Delivery timelines may vary due to factors beyond our control, including weather conditions, transportation delays, strikes, or other unforeseen circumstances.
• As soon as your order is dispatched, we will share your order tracking details via WhatsApp or email. We appreciate your patience until then.
